At Humxns Creative, we’re committed to delivering high-quality creative and marketing services. The following policy outlines how we handle delivery, revisions, cancellations, and refunds to ensure clear expectations and a smooth working relationship.

📦 Service Delivery

What We Deliver: Creative services including ad design, landing pages, brand strategy, paid media execution, and CRO.
How It’s Delivered: All work is delivered digitally via email, project management tools (e.g. Notion, ClickUp), or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox).
Timelines: Delivery timelines are defined in your project scope or contract. Rush work may incur additional charges.

🔄 Revisions

Projects typically include 1–2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise noted in the agreement.
Additional revisions outside scope will be billed at our hourly rate or added to your project retainer.

💳 Payments & Currency

All pricing is listed and processed in USD.
We accept payment via Stripe, ACH, or credit/debit card.
Terms (e.g., deposits, milestones) are outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

💰 Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services:

All sales are final once work has begun.
If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery—we’ll work with you on reasonable revisions where applicable.
No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.

❌ Cancellations

You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund.
Cancellations after project initiation will be billed for all work completed to date.
Monthly retainers or ongoing services require 14 days’ written notice for cancellation. No refunds for current billing cycle.
